History
We are celebrating our 20th year in the same spirit that first brought Charles Engberg and Keith Anderson together in 1988 — with a commitment to true partnership where multi-talented professionals work together in an entrepreneurial structure that encourages teamwork and individual initiative. At the same time, we are actively expanding our presence, depth, and reach with our move to new space in Milwaukee, a new office in Tucson, and an expanded leadership team that now includes seven partners and five principals.
Today we are an agile and energized, 80 plus-person architecture, planning and interior design firm. We enjoy the strength that comes from a collective focus on quality — in our designs, in the service we deliver, and in our relationships. With a strong legacy of both innovation and service, we look forward to meeting the certain challenges of the future with a sense of confidence and adventure.
